When you place your order:
- You will receive an e-mail to confirm that we received your order.
- When we receive your order, we confirm it's in-stock, process the payment and your item(s) is dispatched for shipment within 16 working hours from placing the order.
- We keep our inventory records accurate on our site. However, if there's any mistake with the warehouse records and the item is unavailable or out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail or by phone.
Our Shipping Process:
- For Free Shipping offers, shipping to main cities inside Australia is free of charges. We will do our best to get order shipped for free everywhere in Australia including remote areas. However, for few heavy big items, extra shipping fees may apply for some suburbs. This also may apply to orders with flat rate shipping.
- For shipping to other countries, please live-chat with our 24/7 customer service, contact email@example.com or call 1800 200 719 for more information about shipment cost.
- The purchased item(s) will be dispatched from the warehouse within 16 working hours after order confirmation.
- We will send you a confirmation of your order dispatch to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive the confirmation email from us within four business days of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- You will receive your order within 3-10 working days after product dispatch.
When you receive your item:
- Check the item(s) for damages once they arrive.
- If you find any damage, state that and make note of it when signing for delivery.
- If your item(s) arrived damaged, please take photos/videos and send photos and/or videos to email@example.com and we will contact you promptly.
Order Cancellation / Returns:
- If an order is cancelled before being scheduled for shipping or dispatched, 100% of the order value will be refunded through the same method of payment.
- For orders cancelled after being dispatched, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Cancellation refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order, or via bank transfer if you used bank deposit for payment.
- Restocking fees (maximum 15% of the order value plus order shipping fees) may be charged on returns, order cancellation after product dispatch, scheduled shipping or if refund is done through different payment method for any reason. Actual order shipping fees will be charged even for free shipping orders if the order was already dispatched.
- If the order is already dispatched, cancellation/refund goes as a return process after the item(s) is received, sent back to our warehouse and received back by our team.
- Accessories, Spare Parts and Add-on's cannot be returned unless for manufacturing defects.
We want you to be 100% satisfied of your purchase. You can return the purchased item no-questions-asked within 7 days starting the day you receive your order, and get your money refunded. Our money-back policy:
- A proof of purchase (ex. invoice or order confirmation email) must be provided when requested.
- If you decided to get return the item and get your money back, you must notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your order.
- We will reply to you within 2 working days with the instructions for shipping back the product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Your money will be refunded within 2 working days.
- Restocking fees and shipping fees (as in order cancellation) may be charged on order return after product dispatch or if refund is done through different payment method for any reason.
- The item must be in its original package and in the same new condition that you received it and including all bonus items if any. Any expenses needed to restore the item original condition may be charged, in addition to the restocking fees, if needed, whether the condition change is due to item trial or due to shipping back by customer.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that in returning the product, it is suitably packaged so that it is adequately protected against damage during transit. Damaged returns will not be accepted.
This policy applies to purchase of products merchandised on Smart Skate n' Cycle including Electric Skateboards/Longboards, Adults Electric Ecooters, Electric Unicycles, Hoverboards/Segways and other Self-balancing Scooters.
